Who else is motivated by new workout clothes, a new class, and a new routine? Or maybe the fact that you'll be by a pool this summer in a swimsuit motivates you. Whatever it is, I wanted to share a new experience I've had at Shred415 plus new workout gear that's helping me get in shape.
Shred415 in a workout facility with locations in several cities and states and Indy just happens to be one of them. They reached out to me in April and I was excited (and a little hesitant) to try this new workout.
The classes are generally 60 minutes and focus on 15 minute intervals in which you are going back and forth between the treadmill and floor exercises. I won't lie to you, I basically despise running especially on a treadmill. I can't tell you the last time I ran 1 mile, let alone 2.5 miles which is what I reached at my last Shred class. Shred has totally changed the way I feel about treadmills (at least in this class). Plus the instructors are awesome and encourage you to be your best self throughout the whole class. Oh, and another cool thing is that it's dark the whole time with the BEST playlist ever.
So to sum up the Shred415 review part of this post, you've got to check this place out. They have some great membership deals right now too. To see if there is one in your city, click here.
Now about my new workout gear. You guys I am obsessed. These are the most comfortable pieces I've ever worn for working out. My favorite pieces are the leggings and the cardigan I am wearing. I'm hosting a 3 day trunk show with Peach right now and you should take a look if you're searching for some new workout clothes!
Last but not least, I wanted to share some of my favorite ab videos with you guys. I don't always have time to do a full workout, but I try really hard to take 10 minutes of my day to do some ab exercises. Check out the videos below:
So three points you should take away from this post:
1. Shred415 is the bomb dot com and you need to go. Come Shred with me!
2. Peach has some amazing workout gear and I feel like I am working out in my PJs... that's pretty sweet.
3. Take at least 10 minutes of your day and do some abs to keep your core strong. Xhit also has some good arm workouts.
Have a great week!
