As a brand-new property in a market often dominated by traditional cabin retreats, The Asheville Affair faced a unique challenge. It needed to stand out by highlighting its distinctive features and appealing directly to celebratory groups in search of fun and memorable stays. At the same time, it had to drive direct bookings by establishing trust and conveying a high perceived value from the outset, while also building strategic partnerships with local businesses and influencers to boost visibility and awareness.
