This is one of the most effective ways to get guests to rebook your property and book direct (or through an OTA again if you don’t have direct booking). If you do have your own website, you can also capture potential guests by offering some kind of opt-in that requires visitors to hand over their emails (quiz, downloadable PDF, or discount on first stay). We help STR owners build out and automate their email marketing.

Website & Blog:

When you use a blog, we recommend leveraging Pinterest as a social media strategy because travel is one of the top 10 most searched topics on the platform + content on Pinterest has a longer lifespan than other social media platforms.
